Being creative—and turning it into your profession—is definitely something to be grateful for. But let’s be honest: living as a creative soul isn’t always as romantic as it sounds.

One day, you’re brimming with vision. The next, you're drowning in self-doubt, second-guessing every brushstroke, sentence, or idea before it even takes form. You procrastinate. You overthink. You wonder if it’s all even worth it. And yet, you can’t not create. It’s who you are.

Sounds familiar?

Enter: Bach Flower Remedies.

Gentle, natural, and surprisingly profound, these emotional remedies have been quietly supporting people for nearly a century—especially those of us who feel deeply and live from the inside out. They have been part of my personal and professional journey in music for decades, and they still never cease to amaze me.

Why This Series? Why Now?

Bach Flower Remedies for Creatives is a love letter to those navigating the emotional terrain of the creative process. In this series, we’ll explore specific remedies that speak directly to the struggles and sensitivities of creative life: fear of judgment, perfectionism, burnout, comparison, imposter syndrome—and even the guilt that comes with resting.
