When a relationship ends, or we loose our partner, it can be extremely hard to let go, move forward, and embrace life fully. The thought of loving again may even seem impossible.
Is this because we're still holding on to memories, living in the past?
If so, Honeysuckle might be the remedy you need.
Dr. Bach classified Honeysuckle under the group "insufficient interest in present circumstances," and it is a powerful aid when we are disconnected from the present moment. It helps us when we are stuck in memories and nostalgia, feeling that our happiest days are behind us. It’s as if we look to the future with the belief that we will never experience happiness again, that the best moments of our life are gone.
Do you find yourself constantly thinking about how beautiful life was when you were in that relationship?
Do you feel that nothing in the future will ever compare to that happiness?
Do you believe there is no one else as special as your former partner, and no one will ever make you feel as they did?
Do you long for the past and wish you could turn back time?
Do you have regrets?
If you answered yes to any of these, know that Honeysuckle can help you return to the present. It allows you to let go of the past and view your memories with gratitude, while no longer clinging to them.

How to Take Honeysuckle?
There are a few ways:
Directly in Your mouth: Place 2 drops directly in your mouth. Repeat if necessary (there is no risk of overdose with these flower essences).
In Water: Add 2 drops of Honeysuckle to a glass of water (or any drink of your choice) and sip throughout the day. Some of my clients like to add their drops to a water bottle they carry with them throughout the day, ensuring they get a consistent dosage. I do the same when I spend the day out.
Create a Personalized Remedy Mix: You can combine Honeysuckle with other remedies that address your unique broken heart emotional state. For example: Sweet Chestnut for despair or hopelessness., Mimulus for fear about the future, Star of Bethlehem for shock and grief. You can combine up to 7 remedies in a 30ml dropper bottle with spring water ( put 2 drops for each remedy ), taking 4 drops several times a day. You can also add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin as a preservative. This blend should last around three weeks.

This blog is just a general view on Bach Flower Remedies, I always remind my readers that they work better if selected based on your personal state and unique traits.
That’s why it’s better to seek guidance from a qualified Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, who can help select the remedies best suited to your needs.
